Executive Delegation Coaching for Leaders at Every Level
Empower Leaders to Let Go with our Executive Coaching
Verve helps leaders at all levels enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational productivity. Our expert consultants specialize in guiding leaders through the complexities of efficiency, delegation, and time management, transforming these into powerful strategic tools.
AS SEEN IN…
Most leaders don't have a willingness problem. They know they should let go. They've read the articles, tried the tips, and still find the work back on their desk a week later, the team waiting on their approval to move, and their own calendar quietly turning into the bottleneck for everyone else's progress.
That gap between knowing and doing is where coaching earns its place. Verve helps teams of all sizes transfer the work and the decisions that are holding growth back — not through willpower or another productivity hack, but through a repeatable system that makes letting go stick
Where letting go actually breaks
Coaching starts with a diagnosis, because the fix is different depending on the cause.
Sometimes it's mindset — the habits and behaviors we all bring to letting go. Sometimes it's technique — the approach we take with delegation once we’re in the right frame of mind (this is the art, science and discipline of letting go. Sometimes it's execution — implementing and scaling the strategies throughout the organization.
Diagnosing the issue and getting to the root causes with the appropriate tools and strategies is where the transformation starts and why every engagement starts with finding yours, not with a prescriptive curriculum.
The framework behind the coaching
Every engagement runs on the Let It Go! framework, developed over twenty years of work inside leadership teams and set out in Emily Morgan's book of the same name.
At its center is the Delegate Freedom System™, a five-step delegation cycle leaders run again and again: focus on the contribution only they can make, evaluate where their time actually goes, prioritize what to hand off, execute the handoff, and close the feedback loop. Delegation stops being a one-off decision and becomes something a leader practices.
What leaders learn to do
Through 1:1 or group coaching, leaders learn how to:
Name and prioritize your Most Impactful Contribution™ — the work only you can do — and protect time for it
Tell the difference between work that needs you and work that has simply always come to you
Hand off a responsibility, not just a task, and have it come back done
Give your team decision authority they'll actually use
Stop re-absorbing work after you've delegated it, which is where most delegation quietly fails
Build the follow-up rhythm that makes all of the above survive a busy quarter
Who this is for
Verve coaching is built for leaders carrying more than their role should require.
Senior Leaders
whose calendar has become the constraint on the company's growth. You have capable people. Work still routes through you, decisions still wait on you, and the strategic work you were hired to do keeps sliding to next quarter.
Emerging Leaders
who were excellent individual contributors and now need a different skill entirely — one nobody taught them on the way up.
Leadership Teams
that need a unified standard — where inconsistent manager styles are dragging down the organization's speed.
If you're a coach or an L&D leader who wants to teach this framework to your clients that's our Let It Go Advisor certification.

Format and Engagement
Every program starts with a 30-minute alignment call, so the coaching program is custom built around where letting go actually breaks for you rather than a standardized curriculum.
Three Month Coaching Program
Six virtual 60-minute sessions,
diagnostic and a post-coaching
session report.
Six Month Program
Twelve virtual 60-minute sessions,
diagnostic, three stakeholder interviews, an action plan and a post-session report.
Not sure which fits? Start with
an alignment call.
Coaching pairs naturally with our delegation and efficiency workshops. Coaching goes deep with an individual leader or a small group; workshops build a shared vocabulary across a wider team. Most organizations get the most durable results from both — workshops to install the language, coaching to change the behavior where it's stuck.
What Changes
Change the behaviors and focus on their most impactful contributions, strengthen relationships with delegation partners and leverage their team to do their best work.
Leaders who finish an engagement consistently describe the same shifts: strategic time they can protect, decisions that stop routing through them, and a team that brings solutions instead of waiting for instructions, their commitment to delegation, working better with their delegation partner and being more clear on deliverables and expectations, theres more accountability and clarity, work is moving more smoothly, work is more fulfilling.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most executive coaching takes a broad approach covering leadership presence, communication, career trajectory, and interpersonal dynamics.
Verve is different: we focus exclusively on delegation as a leadership discipline. Everything we do is built around helping leaders identify their Most Impactful Contribution™, let go of work that belongs to their teams, and build the trust and accountability systems that make it stick.
Our programs are grounded in the proven Let It Go! framework, developed over 20 years of working with leaders from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing mid-market businesses.
If you want a generalist coach, there are plenty of options. If delegation is what's holding you and your organization back, Verve is built for that.
-
Leaders who commit to the process typically notice a shift within the first few sessions. Less time spent on tasks that shouldn't be on their plate, clearer expectations with their teams, and fewer bottlenecks slowing decisions.
Our coaching programs start with a minimum two-month commitment, which gives enough runway to move from awareness to applied habit. For deeper transformation, our six-month program includes bi-weekly sessions, stakeholder interviews, and a structured action plan designed to create lasting change across your team.
The speed of results depends on the leader's starting point and consistency, but most tell us the shift starts early and compounds over time.
-
Both. Verve's workshops are designed specifically for groups from intact leadership teams to organization-wide training cohorts. This makes delegation a shared language and cultural practice rather than an individual fix.
Our coaching programs also include a group coaching option alongside 1:1 engagements, so teams can learn and apply the frameworks together.
Whether you're looking to develop a single high-potential leader or shift how your entire organization handles ownership and accountability, we can tailor a program to match the scope and structure you need. Schedule a free consultation to talk through what format makes sense for your team.

A workshop teaches the framework to a group in a set session. Coaching applies it in real time to install consistent delegation practices that create a culture of delegation... They work best together.
-
Most attempts skip the diagnosis and don't address the underlying behavior. If the real breakdown is follow-through and the advice addressed mindset, nothing changes — you understand the problem better and still take the work back. We start by finding where letting go actually breaks for you, and build the program from that answer rather than from a standardized curriculum.
