The certification is for professionals charged with helping leaders and teams create healthy, sustainable leadership habits.  This includes business coaches, consultants, managers, corporate trainers, Human Resource leaders, Integrators and EAs/ Chief of Staff.

We are looking to certify dynamic professionals charged with leading and developing others.  Our content is industry agnostic and applicable to leaders at any level and businesses at any size.

Yes, the Let It Go! Delegation framework has helped thousands of leaders and teams across size and industry improve their skillsets with delegation.  Our certification badge can be a valuable addition to your resume or LinkedIn profile.

This is presented in a 4-week cohort format with 4 self-paced 60-90 minute modules, 4 60 minute group coaching labs and bonus content.

Module 1 will be released June 2, 2025.  A module will be released each week thereafter: June 9, June 16, June 23.  Live coaching labs will be held each week on Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm ET.  Attending labs is required participation and part of your certification credentialing.  Certification week will be held the week of June 30 and all work must be submitted by July 3, 2025.  Certificates will be issued the following week of July 7th.

Students must demonstrate mastery of Let It Go! principles and apply them in real-world scenarios.

Final Steps to Certification:

•  Complete a delegation case study based on your own experience

• Pass the Level One Certification Exam (80% required)

• Submit your Delegation Action Plan for review

Yes, you can retake the exam once, though additional fees may apply.

Yes, upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate that you can download and print as well as a badge indicating your certification.

Level One certification training is a pre-requisite for Level 2, and certifies you to coach leaders in our frameworks and help them apply our concepts, but not facilitate our training.  If you are interested in being able to deliver our content via workshops or trainings, you can apply for Level 2 Facilitator training which will be offered later this year.
