 No. The Let It Go™ Certification is a leadership and delegation certification. It includes guidance on how to make sound decisions about when AI should be used, when work should be delegated to people, and when leadership judgment needs to stay involved.

No. The certification is designed for leaders and advisors responsible for efficiency and execution—not technical AI specialists. No prior AI knowledge or tools are required.

Fall- October Cohort:

• Module 1 will be released October 5th, 2026. A module will be released each Monday thereafter: October 12th, October 19th, October 26th. 

• Live coaching labs will be held weekly on Thursdays.  Attending labs is required participation and part of your certification credentialing.

• Certification week will be held the week of November 2nd.

• Certificates will be issued the following week.

The program begins with the release of the first module, which occurs on a Monday. Modules are released weekly through our self-paced learning platform. You can expect to spend about an hour each week reviewing the content, with occasional prework.

Each week also includes a live 1-hour Zoom session with your cohort to dive deeper into the material and explore how to apply it. These are the only scheduled sessions—everything else is flexible and self-guided.

After completing the core modules, you’ll enter Certification Week, which includes a short test and two assignments. Once completed, you’ll receive your certification. The full program runs for approximately 5 weeks from start to finish.

Students must demonstrate mastery of Let It Go! principles and apply them in real-world scenarios.

Final Steps to Certification:

•  Complete a delegation case study based on your own experience

• Pass the Level One Certification Exam (80% required)

• Submit your Delegation Coaching Plan for review

Yes, you can retake the exam once, though additional fees may apply.

Yes, upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate that you can download and print as well as a badge indicating your certification.

Level One certification training is a pre-requisite for Level 2, and certifies you to advise leaders in our frameworks and help them apply our concepts, but not facilitate our training.  If you are interested in being able to deliver our content via workshops or trainings, you can apply for Level 2 Facilitator training which will be offered in 2026. 

The Let It Go! methodology is continually refined through research, client application, and insights from our certified advisor community. Active certification includes ongoing curriculum updates, new resources, and access to our private LIGA Community.

Yes. Active Certified Advisors may submit field-tested facilitation guides, implementation resources, and other supplemental materials through our Collaborator Toolbox. Accepted contributions become part of the official Let It Go! methodology and include permanent contributor recognition.
