Built for the People Who
Help Leaders Let Go
Every coach, consultant, and L&D leader we talk to tells us the same thing: delegation is the biggest pain point their leaders are facing.
Not strategy. Not vision. Not even hiring.
Delegation.
And the standard answer — "you have to trust your team" — is true, and useless on its own. It's not a system. It's a wish.
The Let It Go™ Certification is built for the professionals who don't want to settle for the wish. The ones who need a methodology they can take into a one-on-one coaching call, a leadership team offsite, a 12-month engagement, or a corporate L&D rollout — and have it hold up across all of them.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
Executive coaches, career coaches, and leadership consultants
Trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers
L&D and People Ops leaders
Integrators, Chiefs of Staff, and senior operators
Managers and project leaders accountable for team performance
If delegation shows up in the outcomes you're accountable for, this certification is built for you.
The Patterns You're Hired to Fix
These aren't capability gaps. They're structural gaps in how work is set up to move. And they're the patterns the leaders you serve can't fix on their own.
This certification gives you a system to diagnose what's happening, a methodology to teach what to do about it, and the tools to make it stick.
Across industries and team sizes, the same patterns show up:
Leaders who delegate the doing while holding on to the thinking.
Decisions that never fully
leave the leader's desk.
Teams that say they're empowered
and still wait for permission.
Support structures that keep
leaders busy instead of strategic.
A Diagnostic. A Reframe.
A Tool in Their Hands
by the End of the Session.
Most delegation training stops at motivation. This one doesn't.
The Let It Go™ Certification trains you to deliver the same methodology Emily uses with executive clients and the same framework that informs our State of Delegation research community. It's not theoretical. It's the working playbook.
BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO:
Diagnose delegation breakdowns in real leaders and teams using the five Bottleneck Behaviors™
Apply the Delegate Freedom System™ to move work AND decisions, not just tasks
Coach leaders through the Let It Go Coaching Proven Process™ — Ground, Reframe, Equip, Apply
Help leaders make sound decisions about when to delegate to people, when to retain work, and when AI should support execution
Use repeatable tools and language clients can carry into their teams long after the engagement ends
This is the same methodology introduced in our Inside the Let It Go™ Certification Program live session.

The Let It Go™ Certification is a professional training program
that equips leaders, coaches, and internal practitioners to diagnose and fix delegation breakdowns that limit efficiency, execution, and capacity.
The program teaches a structured, repeatable delegation framework leaders can use to transfer responsibility, decisions, and ownership—across people and, where appropriate, AI—so work continues to move even as organizations grow and complexity increases.
Across industries and team sizes, leaders struggle not because teams lack capability, but because execution depends too heavily on who is involved rather than how work flows. Most efficiency problems persist because responsibility doesn’t fully transfer when work is delegated—creating bottlenecks, rework, and leadership overload.
What is the Let It Go Certification?
Patterns We See Repeatedly Inside Organizations
These short clips capture delegation breakdowns as they show up in real leadership situations — not theory, not hypotheticals. These examples reflect the patterns we see most often.
